Why I built this plugin
After analyzing 100 dental clinics in Madrid, one of the clearest patterns was this: contact options were often not visible at the exact moment a patient was ready to make a decision.
This plugin was created to solve that specific problem in a simple way, without adding unnecessary complexity to the website.

Key plugin features
WhatsApp message
Lets visitors start a WhatsApp conversation directly from your website. You can set a different message depending on whether the clinic is open or closed, and the message is pre-filled automatically.
Temporary closure
Shows a specific message during holidays, public holidays, or temporary closures. During that time, the button stays visible, but works according to the settings you choose.
Direct phone call
Adds a direct call option so patients can contact the clinic immediately. The call button is automatically hidden outside your business hours. If no one is available to answer, the button stays hidden until your clinic opens again.
Split business hours
Set separate morning and afternoon opening hours for each day of the week. The plugin checks in real time whether your clinic is open or closed and adjusts the button automatically.
Google reviews
Makes it easy for patients to visit your Google Business Profile and leave a review. This option can stay visible at all times, since it does not depend on business hours and can be enabled or disabled whenever you want.
Editable texts
All visible text in the plugin — buttons, menu labels, WhatsApp messages, and temporary closure notices — can be edited easily from the WordPress admin panel in just a couple of minutes.
Why this plugin instead of a generic one
Most floating button plugins are generic. They do not know whether your clinic is open or closed. They do not support split opening hours. And they do not distinguish between a patient trying to contact you during business hours and someone clicking at 11 p.m..
